Marshall Hamburger
Marshall Hamburger is a soulful young artist making big waves on the Australian music scene. Raised in a musical family, Marshall found his rhythm early, eventually honing his craft at Brisbane’s Music Industry College. In 2023, he formed the vibrant 11-piece soul-pop band Instant Soup, fusing groove and heart into every performance.
Inspired by the sounds of New York band Lawrence, Marshall brings a fresh, feel-good energy to the stage with music that’s equal parts joyful and powerful. His passion and talent recently earned him the title of Australian Idol 2025 winner, launching him into the national spotlight.
With a musical compass guided by groove and soul, Marshall is an exciting new voice in Australian music—and we’re thrilled to welcome him to St John Ambulance Carols by Candlelight.
